Advance notice is required for clients to book an appointment. Walk-ins may be accommodated if there is availability, but this cannot be guaranteed.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Asgards does not pierce any one under the age of 6.
- Depending on the piercing, Children aged 13 - 15yrs will need to speak to a Piercer before making a booking as it up to the Piercers discretion. We do not pierce Navels, Tongues or Industrials on anyone under 16yrs.
- We ask our clients to return for a 4 week checkup/downsize. You must be able to return at 4 weeks (or be able to return to an AUPP Studio)
- Under 16's – a parent must be present to sign paperwork.
- Children aged 13 - 15yrs may get select ‘standard’ piercings subject to our discretion and a parent/guardian must be present.
- 16+ require PHOTO I.D.
Asgards CANNOT and WILL NOT pierce anyone without some form of photo ID
(Drivers License, Passport)

This means a Government-Issued Photo ID such as a Drivers License or Passport. Unfortunately Student-ID cannot be accepted as it isn't a legally recognised ID.
- Genital, Nipple & Dermal available to 18+ only.
- Upfront payment of the piercing fee is payable on booking as a deposit and this is fully transferable to a new appointment for reschedules that fits in our booking policy. Please provide us with as much notice as possible. If you don't show up, or cancel your booking within 12 hours, you forfeit your payment and will need to place a new deposit to re book. If you are refused service for reasons listed in our booking policy, your deposit will be forfeited.
- Jewellery cost is additional and payable at the time of your appointment. Cost is dependant on the style and type of jewellery chosen.
- CHECK YOUR CONFIRMATION - You will receive a booking confirmation email if your booking has been successful. Please check the details of your confirmation to ensure the date and time booked are correct. If you have not received a confirmation your booking may not have gone through. Check your junk email or contact us to confirm your appointment. If the booking details are not what you wanted, contact us to reschedule asap.
- If you turn up on a day/time that differs from your confirmation, we will not be able to accommodate you and you will either have to come back on the day/time that is in your booking confirmation, or reschedule to another day/time. If you are unable to reschedule you will forfeit your payment.
- Cancelling/Rescheduling - If you need to change the date/time of your booking, rescheduling is possible a MINIMUM of 12 hours before your appointment time - but we would appreciate as much notice as possible. If you don't show up, or cancel your booking within 12 hours, you forfeit your payment and will need to place a new deposit to re book.
