  All our body jewellery comes with life time guarantee.
If any part of your jewellery breaks please return faulty piece to us ASAP and we will 

organise a repair or replacement for free. NOTE: This does not cover loss of jewellery.

 Due to health and hygiene reasons, all jewellery sales are final. We do not exchange or refund for wrong choice or change of mind. We do NOT do refunds or returns.

If you are unhappy with your piercing please contact us ASAP and we will sort out what will be best for you and your piercing. If it is a Piercers fault, the piercing will be re done for free.

We do not offer a free re pierce if you remove piercing jewellery you are unhappy with or are having issues with, without speaking to us first.
